I always feel very honoured to be asked to create a personalised frame for a special occasion, particularly as a wedding gift. All aspects of the frame are tailored to the occasion:
- The two maps on the perspex hearts are from where Jamie and Alex are from
- The origami butterflies are created from pages of a Harry Potter book - the bride is a big Harry Potter fan
- Background colour is as requested
These frames do take a bit longer to create as I want to make sure that I get it just right...I create the artwork and then let it sit somewhere for a few days so that I can make wee tweaks - or change the whole thing!
